This virtual directory of “Lock & Leave Lifestyle Choices” is the personal search resource designed to assist buyers find a new home that best meets their personal, family and financial lifestyle needs of the next chapters of their lives.

Created by Cliff Bowman, President of Builders International Real Estate Marketing (U.S.) Corp. (bireM) for the benefit of the general public as well as for sales and marketing companies around the world including his own firm.

In his past 30 year real estate marketing career while working on pre-marketing projects in North America, Mexico, Germany and other countries, Bowman felt that the general public has been deprived of learning about so many great lifestyle opportunities he witnessed because of the restrictions placed on a project’s geographic advertising and promotional budget constraints.

To resolve this by using the internet and to make it affordable for developers so that even the smallest developer can afford to showcase their development using a standard template, Bowman introduced CondoCenter.com in February of 2006. A small showcase fee for each project assures more projects are available for the public to choose from and gives them the opportunity to go to their local city directory or shop in other destinations around the world.
